Text shaping and font metrics for Elixir, through HarfBuzz's Rust port.
A loaded font, as Pica.load/2 returns it.
One glyph of shaped text, as Pica.shape/3 returns it. Every length is in font units, or at the
scale shaping was given, rounded to a whole unit as HarfBuzz rounds it.
Reads the use Boundary declarations out of Elixir source, so a test can assert on the shape of
the architecture's enforcement.
The decisions behind mix tack.quality, the runner the project's mix quality alias
points at: which steps run, in what mode, and whether the toolchain can be trusted to run them.
The checks behind mix tack.rules_check: the agent-facing documentation may not regrow
into the shape that rots, and the path-scoped area rules under .claude/rules/ may not silently
stop applying.
Mix Tasks
The pre-commit quality gate, run as one command — the project's mix quality alias.
Runs Tack.RulesCheck over the working tree and fails the gate on any finding.
